Cain Velasquez has had a pretty good year, but even a good year has its downs with all of the ups. Cain Velasquez was forced to undergo surgery on his shoulder to repair a torn labrum. This isn’t the first time that Cain has been under the knife for a shoulder reason, but hopefully it is his last.
