Never mind the gray area called vigilantism for a moment, and take in Phoenix Jones, a guy who prowls the seattle streets looking for trouble, whatever trouble there might be. Literally, all kinds of trouble. He’s been featured in GQ, has the local newspapers on his side, and seemingly has only been arrested (then let go) a few times for beating up people in the street.
