First off, Chael. Yes, technically Yushin Okami was the last person to defeat Anderson Silva but that was because of an illegal up kick. You make it sound like he actually beat Anderson and didn’t get knocked out by another Matrix-style move from the greatest fighter who ever lived. With that said, yes, Yushin Okami is the best Japanese fighter who ever lived (arguably better than Sakuraba) and he has been kicking ass in the UFC for the better part of the last half-decade. No wonder he’s Chael’s training partner and guest coach on The Ultimate Fighter.
Chael and his team wanted to say ‘thank you’ for all of Yushin’s help training them, so they decided Yushin needed to take an ice bath. Odd logic, but still a funny clip. Check it out.
