UFC women’s Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has quickly become one of the biggest stars in MMA history. From photo shoots to television and movies Rousey has made a name for herself outside of the octagon as well.
Rousey recently took part in a photo shoot for Buffalo David Britton, where she posed in Buffalo jeans and other clothing items of the same brand. Rousey posed for various pictures, some alone and some alongside a male model, a few of which she was topless in.This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Rousey topless, as she bared all as the cover girl of the 2012 edition of ESPN’s body issue.
Here’s what the Olympic bronze medalist had to say about her Buffalo Pro photo shoot in a recent interview with WWD.com:
“I purposefully have been holding out a long time on the apparel side of sponsorship. It was worth giving up lots of money that had been offered to me in order to pick exactly the right sponsor at the right time. Buffalo Pro was the perfect thing because they never had a woman, and there had never been any MMA athlete who had a sponsored fashion deal at all. So, I was excited to jump all over it. I got so many cool clothes. I was looking around and said to my roommate the other day, ‘Jesus Christ, why haven’t I gotten a fashion sponsorship sooner?’”
