If you are like me, you are in your early-30’s and remember when Wolfenstein changed the world of gaming. It was kind of a 3D shooter and really, we’ve been playing first person shooters ever since then, which is pretty amazing if you think about it. What’s even crazier is that there are still new Wolfenstein games happening. Wolfenstein: The New Order is yet another attempt to revive the legendary franchise on next and current generation consoles.
I’m not quite sure what to make of Wolfenstein: The New Order, but apparently the UFC’s Sean Pierson and Elias Theodorou are cool with it. They played it on a segment on The Fight Network in Canada with Robin Black, whose mohawk steals every segment. Wolfenstein: The New Order is a reboot and re-imagining of the Wolfenstein games, set in an alternate past where the Nazis “won.” It was released on May 20th for PC, PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PS4.
