Episode three of UFC 178 ‘Embedded’ is the shortest of the three, but does make for some interesting moments.
We start by going through the usual motions of fighters showing up in Vegas. From there, we cut directly to Donald Cerrone talking to the media about his legacy and upcoming UFC 178 bout with former Bellator Lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez.
Following, Cerrone’s media interview, a few of the fighters take to the scale where Burt Watson checks their weight just a couple of days before weigh-ins to make sure they’re all on track to make weight, which all of the fighters look to be.
And the UFC definitely saved the best for last with this episode. We get to see an intense interaction in the hotel lobby between Featherweights Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier who will be squaring off on Saturday night.
