UFC 170: Ronda Rousey Open Workout

UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey held open workouts at her home gym (Glendale Fighting Club), to promote her UFC 170 bout against fellow Olympic medalist Sara McMann.

Rousey who medaled in the 2008 Beijing Olympics in Judo is currently 8-0 in MMA and has finished all of her opponents via armbar.

While we know Rousey for using her overwhelming grappling as her weapon of choice inside the octagon, here we get a deeper look into her ever-improving striking game.
