Tweet of the Day: Conor McGregor is Taking a Cut of Jon Jones’ PPV

Despite only having three fights in the UFC, Conor McGregor is one of the promotions fastest growing stars. McGregor is 3-0 in the UFC and is currently ranked 10th in the Featherweight division.

The Irish superstar will be making his pay-per-view debut at UFC 178 against number six ranked Featherweight Dustin Poirier. The stacked PPV card includes the rematch between Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson, the return of former UFC Bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz and the return of Cat Zingano.

Despite the card being filled with big names, McGregor’s bout against Poirier will likely take a big chunk of the spotlight and he knows it.

But hey, at least Conor was nice enough to let Jon Jones know that he plans on taking a cut of his PPV money.
