Stefan Struve was set to fight Matt Mitrione at UFC 175 here tonight until reports started to come out that Stefan Struve suffered an incident with his heart and the UFC doctors were forced to pull him from the card, concerned for his health. Stefan Struve has been out for over a year with a heart condition and while this was not a huge deal, Struve was having heart palpitations and his heart was racing, almost to the point of him passing out.
