I like just playing around with this graph that’s also a .gif yet informative and enlightening. Man, Fightnomics is seriously the best, as is Reed Kuhn. I’ve learned more from reading his book than two decades of watching the sport and a few years of training. Seriously.
You should buy that book “Fightnomics” after you look at this graph displaying the size changes in UFC fighters over the years. Weight cut city, man.
