Rousimar Palhares Issues a Video Apology that is Riddled with Excuses

This whole Palhares thing is dominating the news cycle right now, which is both cool and frustrating at the same time, as it is a kind of non-story that just won’t go away. Then again, his career is more or less dead in the water right now unless someone scoops him up, which might not happen any time soon. While he already apologized on Twitter about it, he decided to take it one step further and make a YouTube video.

This probably wasn’t a great idea, as it is riddled with excuses, like the ref was trying to get Pierce’s hands off of the cage, which led to him holding it too long, but he didn’t hold it too long and, dear god, the logic is just awful.
