This isn’t really Chute Boxe-level violence in the gym, but it’s worth taking a gander at Ross Pearson dropping his sparring partner. Why? Because it’s a good reminder to always keep your hands up. It’s also a solid lesson in humility. You’re just not going as hard as him in the gym.
