Ronda Rousey once again scored a first round finish in the UFC, but this time it wasn’t with an armbar at all, oh no, it was via strikes. Yes, you read that correctly; Ronda Rousey won a fight via TKO. Sara McMann landed a few punches early on that looked like they were connecting while Ronda was bullying her into the cage.
It was a battle of the clinch against the cage with strikes flying everywhere before Ronda started throwing knees into the liver. It was the third one that connected put Sara McMann down, not defending herself. She landed a few shots and Herb Dean stopped the fight, with some saying early stoppage, but, Sara wasn’t exactly defending herself.
