Rampage Jackson vs. Tito Ortiz Set for PPV on Nov. 2nd in Bellator

Well, it seems like Bellator has pulled a fast one on everyone, doesn’t it? The initial rumors floating around, with some Bellator heft behind the push, was that Rampage Jackson was going to be fighting Roy Jones, Jr. in a boxing fight near the end of the year on PPV. It didn’t make sense at the time and seemed kind of strange, but it was what it was.

Tonight they made the big announcement and that big announcement was that Quinton “Rampage” Jackson would indeed be fighting on PPV under the Bellator banner, but not against Roy Jones, Jr., no, but the newly-signed Tito Ortiz. Surprised? Maybe. Really not into that fight? Probably.

No other fights have been announced for the upcoming card, but expect those to come in time.
