Ralek Gracie Explains Why Chael Sonnen will Fight in Metamoris

Chael Sonnen has had a rough time of late, so the inclusion of him in the upcoming Metamoris event has led to some mild controversy. The man had clearly been cheating and had tested positive for five banned substances, yet Ralek Gracie seems okay with Chael Sonnen participating in Metamoris. This clip is from Inside MMA on Friday where Ralek explains why Chael Sonnen will be allowed to compete.

I’m not sure that steroids really work the way that he thinks that they work, but that’s okay. Chael will still get his chance in a grappling tournament aimed mostly at jiu-jitsu while Sonnen has shown a clear weakness to jiu-jitsu. Yikes.
