I LOVE kombucha. After a heavy night of drinking (or even a light night of drinking), or even a light/heavy day of living, few things refresh me more than a solid kombucha. I recommend starting with the sweet stuff. Get a strawberry, or blueberry fermentation, then work your way to the more bland flavors. Your tummy and life will thank you.
