Pic of the Day: BJ Penn and Dominick Cruz are training together for Frankie Edgar

I fully accept this move to 145 for BJ Penn, my issue just comes from the fact that this move is about 4 years too late. In his younger days, BJ would weigh-in for his fights around 150-153 pounds. He should’ve always been a featherweight. It makes you really be impressed with how well he did against bigger guys in the welterweight division, IE Hughes and GSP.

So now here we are, on the precipice of Frankie/BJ 3, and Dominick Cruz is getting BJ ready.
