Mark Hunt in for Overeem at UFC 160 against JDS, MMA fans rejoice.

Wow, roughly 18 hours after Dana White said Mark Hunt turned down the UFC 160 fight against Junior dos Santos, we have a complete turnaround and the brilliant news that Mark Hunt is in for the injured Overeem and will be taking on Junior in the co-main event of UFC 160, right before Cain and Bigfoot get down for a second time.

Great news, eh? The only bummer might be Big Nog and Werdum owning that number one contender slot for a win, but as we have seen over the last few weeks (and twenty years) MMA is pretty damn fluid, so anything can happen. Now, let’s take a moment, breathe in, and smile that one K-1 HWGP champion is replacing another K-1 HWGP champion in a high-level UFC fight in 2013. Ahhhhh. Feels good.

Watch this Mark Hunt highlight to celebrate.
