I love Khabib, okay? There. Now that it’s out there we can move on. No, wait. I want to just say it one more time – I love Khabib. He’s on the cusp of not only being one of the best lightweights in MMA, but one of the best fighters in general. No one can overcome his sambo, no one can overcome the fro.
At 22-0, Khabib is primed for a big fight, and he has his eyes on some clear cut contenders:
“If they do not announce me as the next challenger for the title, then my next fight will likely take place in the autumn.”
“I do not know who my opponent will be. I will eventually get them all. If the situation will develop in this way, then I would gladly take a fight against Donald Cerrone, Nate Diaz or TJ Grant, but the last word is for the UFC.”
Give him Cerrone. No way Donald turns down the fight. And TJ Grant has been missing for what seems like years.
