Jose Aldo indeed broke his foot against TKZ. Here’s a picture proving it.

So, that’s why Jose Aldo wasn’t throwing kicks like usual – an elephant foot. It makes sense. He didn’t look like himself out there after the first round, and I suspect TKZ was bringing that injured shoulder into the fight with him in a bad way, and these kicks didn’t help. What a weird, weird fight. I hope both get better soon.
