Jessica Eye’s UFC 166 Drug Test Comes Back Dirty

It seems like in the sport of MMA we see a lot of these failed drug tests, but none as late and as vague as Jessica Eye’s failed drug test from UFC 166 back in October. It’s February now and it has come out that Jessica Eye’s victory over Sarah Kaufman has been overturned into a No Contest and that she has been fined a whopping $1,875. Jessica Eye has a fight scheduled on February 22nd against Alexis Davis and that has not changed. [source]

UFC women’s bantamweight fighter Jessica Eye has failed a drug screen administered by the Texas athletic commission for UFC 166 in October. Eye has been fined $1,875, her split decision win over Sarah Kaufman was turned to a No Contest, and she is subject to an administrative suspension that ensures she pays the fine. However, contrary to published reports, Eye’s suspension does not prohibit her from fighting Alexis Davis on the undercard of UFC 170 on Feb. 22.
