UPDATE: According to MMAJUNKIE “at 2:13 p.m. PT, Orange County Sheriff’s Department officials revealed Miller surrendered and was in custody.”

MMA Fighter Jason “Mayhem” Miller is currently in an apparent standoff with Orange County Sheriff’s Department deputies brought on by officials attempting to serve Miller a bench warrant for his arrest.

A warrant is currently out for Mayhem’s arrest citing three felony counts including alleged stalking. Police were called to the scene at 10:30AM Thursday morning. MMAFighting contacted Lt. Jeff Hallock who stated the following:

“At this point, we’re attempting to establish verbal communication through a cell phone. If that doesn’t work, we’re obviously prepared to communicate with him via social media if need be,” Hallock said on a live KTLA news broadcast.

“Our goal is to bring this to a peaceful resolution as soon as possible. But not knowing exactly what’s going on inside, we’re going to proceed with caution.”
