Invicta FC 8: Waterson vs. Tamada Results

Invicta FC 8 took place Saturday, September 6th in Kansas City, MO at the Municipal Auditorium. The card featured female fights from 105 pound Atomeweights to 155 pound Lightweights.

In the main and co-main events titles were on the line. In the co-main event Katja Kankaanpaa defeated Stephanie Eggink, submitting her in round five to take home the Straweight title. As for the main event, Michelle Waterson absolutely battered Yasuko Tamada. Waterson would ultimately finish the fight in round three by standing TKO, defending her title for the first time.
