The steady stream of fights being announced by the UFC keeps on going as today an important featherweight fight was added to the second UFC on Fox Sports 1 card, UFC on Fox Sports 1 2, which takes place on August 28 in Indianapolis, Indiana and is headlined by a rematch between Martin Kampmann and Carlos Condit. Hatsu Hioki and Darrin Elkins will fight on the card, in a battle of two of the featherweight division’s better fighters that are both coming off losses and looking to get back in the win column.
Hioki has actually lost two fights in a row, first to Ricardo Lamas and then to Clay Guida, where many thought that the decision should’ve gone to Hioki. Elkins comes off a knockout loss to Chad Mendes at UFC on Fox 7 in April.
