Lion Fight is a muay thai promotion based out of Nevada that has been running shows for a few years now and if for some reason you haven’t seen or heard of them, damn. It’s time to get aboard the Lion Fight freight train already, hell, even the UFC has given them their blessing. On July 4th Lion Fight 16 will go down at the Pearl at the Palms in Las Vegas as an official part of UFC International Fight Week. Cool, right?
Lion Fight 16 will air on Friday, July 4th on AXS TV at 9pm Eastern time and will feature Kevin Ross vs. Michael Thompson for the Lion Fight Super Lightweight Championship. Tiffany Van Soest will take on Sindy Huyer in the c0-main while Rungravee Sasiprapa – the Thai legend – is also slated to compete. In honor of this, AXS TV has released the footage from Kevin Ross vs. Chris Mauceri from Lion Fight 15 and damn, what a fight.
