Don’t call it a desperate attempt to garner ratings for the fledgling Fox Sports 1, but they will be airing the full main card from UFC 165 this Thursday night, which is an incredible turnaround from PPV to cable television. It seems like a better idea would be the put it before an episode of The Ultimate Fighter, but who am I, right? I’m clearly not some evil television genius, just a modest guy with ideas.

The night’s action will be aired on free television for the first time on Thursday’s episode of UFC Reloaded. The three-hour FOX Sports 1 show will air the entire UFC 165 main card at 8/5p ET/PT.
