Dustin Poirier Calls Out Conor McGregor, McGregor is Down

After Conor McGregor’s annihilation of Diego Brandao on Saturday night Dutin Poirier was quick to say that he’d love to fight Conor McGregor at UFC 178, only for McGregor in the post-fight press conference to say that he’d love to fight Poirier. The only thing is, McGregor doesn’t think that Poirier would even show up for the fight. This is of course a reference to Poirier’s teammate Cole Miller, whom McGregor was originally slated to fight, but pulled out.

Conor McGregor is under the impression that Dustin Poirier would be afraid to fight him. If this fight does go down it’ll be pretty awesome and the trash talk heading into it will indeed be epic. If any of this happens remains to be seen, but the boys are doing their talking to book their own fights, now it’s just up to the UFC to make this happen.
