Some of you may be going about your daily lives, excited for Werdum vs. Big Nog, while being completely unaware that this is the second time they’ve fought. I know, I can’t explain why the UFC’s promotion of this fight is somewhat confusing, but I’m here to un-muddy those waters.
Werdum entered Pride in 2005, going 3-1 in the promotion before joining the 2006 openweight GP. He would meet Big Nog in the quarterfinals and lose. Now… He’s back for revenge.
