Dennis Bermudez Submits Clay Guida

This one came as a bit of a surprise here tonight at UFC on Fox 12, but Dennis Bermudez has not only defeated Clay Guida, but he tapped Clay Guida out in round two with a rear naked choke. Most of round one saw Dennis Bermudez in control of the fight, lead into a round two where Clay Guida was a bloody mess. That isn’t all that uncommon for Clay Guida, though.

Round two saw Bermudez again in control, this time scoring a big takedown and almost immediately going for a rear naked choke. It looked like Guida was going to fight out of it, then Bermudez was clearly on his back with the choke sunk in. Damn. Clay Guida is forced to tap in the second round.
