So of course tonight is a UFC event, UFC Fight Night 33 in Brisbane featuring Mark Hunt vs. Antonio Silva, but that doesn’t mean that the MMA news machine has to stop churning, oh no. UFC announced on the pre-show tonight that the main event for UFC 170 will be Rashad Evans vs. Daniel Cormier in a five round bout. This will be on February 22nd at Mandalay Bay and will be Daniel Cormier’s debut at Light Heavyweight.
It’s a pretty big debut at Light Heavyweight for Daniel Cormier as he fights former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Rashad Evans, which should make for a very interesting bout indeed.
