Dana White Meeting with Gina Carano on Monday

This whole thing with the UFC courting Gina Carano is a bit dizzying at times. According to reports, Dana White was going to meet with Gina Carano this week, then, apparently, nothing happened. Was it because of Gina’s Hollywood deals? Who knows. But now according to Dana White, he’ll be meeting with her on Monday and expects a fight to happen in December.

“Next week,” he said. “Next week, I have a meeting with [Carano] on Monday.”

So there you have it, the latest on Gina Carano Watch 2014. Let’s see if this deal can happen and we’ll see Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano before the end of the year. I’m not even sure that it’d be that great of a fight at this point, either, or that is makes sense for Carano’s career, but we’ve come this far. Let’s just see this thing through already. [source]
