Brian Bowles, the master of having a haircut that reminds us all of Lego figurines that we used to play with as kids, has been suspended by the Nevada State Athletic Commission due to testing positive for an elevated T/E count of 20 to 1, well over the commission’s 6 to 1 limit. According to Keith Kizer, Bowles did not apply for an exemption to use TRT, which has led to the suspension.
Bowles last fought at UFC 160 in Nevada against George Roop, losing via TKO in the second round. This means that there is nothing for NSAC to overturn. Bowles will be formerly notified of his positive test and suspension on Monday, MMAJunkie reports. Everyone else was clean from UFC 160.
