Bellator Trying PPV Again with Rampage Jackson vs. King Mo

We all remember what happened with Bellator’s first PPV event, where Tito Ortiz was injured and Bellator decided to pull the plug on PPV and just make it a regular Spike TV event. That meant that we all got to see Alvarez vs. Chandler II for free, which was awesome, though. It looks like Bellator is once again trying for PPV, this time on May 17th with Alvarez vs. Chandler III as the main event, but not as the main attraction. Oh no, not by a long shot.

It looks like Bellator will put Quinton Rampage Jackson vs. King Mo Lawal in the co-main slot and probably push most of the promotional efforts behind that fight. Once again Bellator is pinning their hopes and dreams on the shoulders of Rampage Jackson, this time against a healthier opponent in King Mo.
