Bellator 131: Ortiz vs. Bonnar Results

Bellator 131 took place in the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, California on Saturday, November 15th.

The event was headlined by a Light Heavyweight bout between two UFC hall of famers in Tito Ortiz and Stephan Bonnar. The fight was a three round main event that consisted of Ortiz winning a majority of the action and concluded with Ortiz coming away with an oddly scored (by one judge) split decision.

As for the co-main event, a title bout rematch between Bellator’s interim Lightweight champion Will Brooks and former champion Michael Chandler, ended via TKO in favor of the now champion Will Brooks, in one of weirdest finishes I’ve ever seen.
