Andy Ristie Talks About Wins Over Petrosyan and Roosmalen

Saturday night was officially the best night in Andy Ristie’s career as he knocked out the #1 and #2 Lightweights in the world at GLORY 12 New York, which is really an unprecedented feat by most accounts. There is talk of Giorgio Petrosyan’s hand breaking in the first round, but the rumors around Ristie are that he left his trainer and gym a few weeks before the fight and prepared for the fight on his own for the most part, so yeah, everyone has problems.

GLORY crammed a camera in his face backstage after the event and he seemed to be in disbelief as to what happened. Congratulations to Andy Ristie.
