Sony Holding Live Stage Reading of The Last of Us

Sony really wants everyone to know that last year’s smash hit from Naughty Dog, The Last of Us, is a serious piece of art. The game is getting a remastered re-release on Tuesday, July 29th for PlayStation 4 and to celebrate that, on the night before, July 28th, Sony will be hosting a live stage performance of The Last of Us (at least selected scenes) featuring the voice actors, composer and more.

Crazy, right? But everyone has been pushing that The Last of Us was a piece of art, so why not go full force with it, right? Interesting approach and I can’t say that I’m not impressed by this. There will be a live stream of the event for those not in Santa Monica, more information available here.
