We’ve all heard about the ridiculous altercation between Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva in Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon, which came with a cellphone video that looked like it was out of 1999. Great. When I first saw it the first thing I thought was, “well, this was staged.”
It turns out, well, it probably was staged, as Wanderlei Silva made this professionally recorded video of the whole ordeal. It really seems hard to care about this whole thing, but Wanderlei and Sonnen want to fight, so just make it happen already.
