UFC has some huge plans for July 1 – 6 in Las Vegas, today announcing UFC International Fight Week. UFC International Fight Week will take place between those dates and will feature two, back-to-back events live from the Mandalay Bay Events Center. This week will include a Fan Expo as well as a ton of other events during the week, but the big deal is of course the two fight cards.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship® (UFC®) and Las Vegas are teaming up for the third annual UFC International Fight Week™ July 1-6, 2014. The weeklong celebration for fans around the world returns with its biggest plans yet and something for everyone including entertainment, dining, arts, charitable events, shopping and, of course, all things UFC. The event will also feature for the first-time ever, two huge fight cards in one weekend in the UFC’s hometown of Las Vegas – UFC 175 and The Ultimate Fighter® 19 Finale and multiple events offered around town every day.
So UFC 175 is on Saturday, July 5th and UFC Ultimate Fighter 19 Finale is on Sunday the 6th. No fights have been announced just yet, but many expect BJ Penn vs. Frankie Edgar to appear on one of those cards.
