UFC Fight Night 55 took place at the Allphones Arena in Sydney, Australia on Friday, November 7th, live on UFC Fight Pass.
The event was headlined by a Middleweight bout between fifth ranked Luke Rockhold and ninth ranked Michael Bisping. After a competitive first round, Rockhold found his rhythm in round two and also found the finish, submitting Bisping with a one-armed guillotine following a vicious head kick that nearly put Bisping out.
We also saw a striking affair in the co-main event between Lightweights Ross Pearson and Al Iaquinta. Another closely contested affair in the first round, which ended with the under Iaquinta finishing the Englishmen via TKO in round two.
