UFC 168 is the UFC’s Second Largest Gate in the US

UFC 168 was a momentous event for the UFC, as it not only featured Anderson Silva vs. Chris Weidman II, but it featured Ronda Rousey vs. Miesha Tate II as well, making it one of the bigger UFC events of the year. That much was seen when the numbers from UFC 168 were all tallied up and the UFC found themselves staring down the second largest gate that they’ve had in the United States, coming in right behind UFC 148 featuring Anderson Silva vs. Chael Sonnen II.

The NSAC emailed out the figures for UFC 168 this week and UFC 168 sold 14,574 tickets, comped 1,076 and drew live gate numbers at $6,238,792.50. All in all that is a pretty good take for UFC 168.
