Pat Barry Admits to Being Scared at Prospect of GLORY Debut

Pat Barry made his return to Kickboxing this weekend in a fight that saw him dominate and knock out Ed Burris, but in May Pat Barry will have a bigger challenge on his plate when he makes his promotional debut for GLORY in Denver. Pat Barry will make his GLORY debut against Zack Mwekassa in a Heavyweight Championship Contender tournament reserve bout. If one of the competitors in the tournament is injured, the winner will step in for them, which adds an extra level of stress to Pat Barry’s debut.

Pat Barry spoke with Phoenix Carnevale after his Kickboxing return this weekend and admitted that fear is a normal part of the process and that yes, he is nervous about his GLORY debut, he is a bit scared. It’s refreshing, to say the least.
