    I know I hope you found some new ideas on that web site, I actually bookmarked that page It comes with a lot amazing recipes... awesome if you need lots of protein without eating so much meat!

    Low-fat peanut butter alternatives are usually better, at least in my opinion. I just don't like the way it sticks to the roof of my mouth, and because I'm lactose intolerant I can't dilute it with milk/dairy.

    I agree with you! Trying to stay in the slim side this year, lol. Low-fat peanut butter is definitely the way to go, my diet is mostly vegetarian... so I really need some extra protein! Peanuts are a great source!
